Crazy Gin : 25ml

Lemon Cordial* : 25ml

Prosecco or Champagne: 75ml


Lemon Cordial*

Citric Acid : 0.6g

Sugar : 5.3g

Warm Water : 17.6g

Crazy Co Lemon Distillate or Lemon Vodka : 1.5g


Method

Pour Lemon Cordial* and Crazy Gin into the Champagne flute and top with Champagne or Prosecco, give a quick stir, garnish (optional) and serve


Glassware: Champagne Flute

Garnish: (Optional) Lemon Balm or Lemon Verbena or Candied Mango
