Mango Lassi
Ingredients
Crazy Gin : 40ml
Mango Cordial* : 25ml
Soda Water : 70ml
Mango Cordial*
Mango juice : 1000g (1ltr carton)
Sugar : 700g
Citric acid : 32g
Malic acid : 20g
Salt : 2g
Blend using stick blender until dissolved, bottle and refrigerate. ( Freeze any left over cordial to enjoy another time)
Method
Fill Highball glass with lots of ice, add ingredients, stir and garnish with a fresh Basil leaf
