50ml Crazy Gin : 50ml

7.5ml Coconut Syrup* : 7.5ml

Coconut Syrup*

Demerara sugar : 2.5g

Coconut water : 5g

Mix until sugar has dissolved

Method

Fill glass with ice, pour in ingredients and stir down to ensure the drink is nice and cool, garnish with a wedge of mango

Glassware: Old Fashioned

Garnish: Wedge of Mango (optional)
